The Black Widow (EGA)
First off, in the Department of Credit Where Credit Is Due, this Elegant Gothic Aristocrat bustle-styled gown was made by Teresa Dietzinger, aka Amethyst Angel. I lucked out when she was selling it, as it turns out we are apparently exactly the same size and it needed no alteration to fit me. It's a lovely costume (if unbelievably hot due to all the synthetic satin) and tremendous fun to wear, complete with bustle pad and petticoat. It always makes me feel very elegant (and THIN- bustles RULE!) though I have to be very careful wearing it at cons, because so far the Con Wearings to Morons Stomping On My Train ratio is at 100 percent.
Unsurprisingly.
